7 Things I’m Grateful For This 4th of July…
1. We live in a country where, “…all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”
2. Our laws are created to assure the public good.
3. Everyone has the right to a trial by jury.
4. We can go out in public without armed troops around us in our daily activities.
5. We enjoy the privilege of free trade.
6. Our seas, coasts, towns, and livelihood are preserved in safety while we enjoy the privileges of that safety in our daily lives.
7. We live in free and independent states.
